AMAX Premium Economizer

AMAX Premium Economizers are designed to be easily retrofitted to existing standard roof-top packaged units, minimizing compressor use and providing significant energy savings. By removing the main blower AMAX Economizers save space and shipping cost while adding IDEC cooling to make up air.

Applications include data centers, medical facilities, schools and other buildings with high heat loads or fresh air requirements.

Features

Indirect/Direct Evaporative Cooling (IDEC) design delivers supply air at below wet bulb temperature providing energy savings of 70%.
Adiabatic effectiveness of 125% provides maximum energy savings.
Compressor energy savings, extended life-time and energy saving rebates provide equipment payback of < 3 years.
Simple “cooling tower” configuration is robust and requires minimal maintenance.
Stainless steel wet section construction
