Indirect-Only Coolers are designed to work with traditional compression-based HVAC units and heaters. An evaporative cooling tower (see diagram: Secondary Section) chills a coil housed in a separate blower unit (Primary Section). This design allows simple integration of AMAX cooling technology into more traditional cooling and heating systems.
